EOB is in development. We are at release 1.0.License
It is at the stage where it can run a few of example applications. It mounts the application's beans and publishes them both locally and remotely. We have tests : other beans locally and mainable applications for remote testing.
We are not at the stage where we could support a user-base, but active developers for EOB's core would be appreciated.
We used to use the excellent Jo! web server. We still could but it does not support Servlet Spec 2.3 and Sitemesh needs that level. Coded to the same abstraction interfaces (see AvalonApps/Sevak at Apache), Jetty was quite a simple replacement. Horses for courses etc.
A Word replacement of the BSD license ...Development Direction
We hope that we will arrive back at Apache as a project one day.
